ICP has become an international logistics partner who has created a network of logistics facilities throughout Europe. We are currently located in Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom with a facility in France due to open shortly followed by additional facilities planned for Italy and Germany.

Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology; we utilize automatic storage systems with full integration with ICP Logistics’ Control and Management System. This allows us the flexibility to offer bespoke solutions tailor-made to our client’s individual requirements.

• Full electronic integration with our clients’ CRM & WMS systems providing full stock and order inventory management information in real time, allowing full traceability throughout the logistics process.
• ICP undertakes all operations related to reverse logistics. Supported by our in-house call centre and online tools we oversee collections with full track and trace facilities to offer a comprehensive after sales service.
• All ICP facilities are equipped with a hi tech laboratory dedicated to the repair and maintenance of mobile phones, tablets and other electronic devices.
• ICP provides full e-commerce support to our clients from website development to product photography and full logistics support and distribution
